Company history
Originally coming from personnel services, the WAY Group has always taken on board the specific needs of its customers and has developed over the years by equipping itself with the appropriate skills.
2006
WAY GmbH was founded in 2006 as a “one man show”. As a direct offshoot of the training academy of a large Munich-based premium car manufacturer, WAY GmbH took over services related to training and its organization. By gaining further interesting projects and customers, the company grew and expanded its field of expertise. This was followed by the founding of WAY People+ GmbH, which from then on handled the employee leasing requests of a wide variety of customers.
2016
WAY GmbH and WAY People+ GmbH developed the vision of positioning themselves on the market as holistic project service providers.
2017
In 2017, the vision was followed by the first steps and the structure took shape. This was followed by the founding of the other areas of expertise, WAY Engineering for complex engineering services, WAY IT GmbH as a holistic IT service provider and WAY HR & Professionals & Experts GmbH as a provider of classic personnel services.
2019
In 2019, WAY IT grows into WAY Digital Solutions GmbH and WAY GmbH transforms into WAY Business Solutions GmbH. All this happens under the brand umbrella of the WAY Group.
2020
CAIP expands into the German and European market with the WAY Group market
for automotive interior design and acquires a 30% stake
in the WAY Group.

In the course of execution of projects with sensitive content, we have been certified according to the rules and criteria of TISAX at the highest possible level.
This includes information security, the protection and security of our IT systems and, last but not least, the identity and access management of our office and workshop space.
